Your journey begins with a free consultation. You'll meet one-on-one with certified trainer Mike Seta, who will take the time to:

  • Understand your goals, lifestyle, and previous fitness experience
  • Go over any injuries or concerns
  • Assess basic movement patterns (nothing intimidating!)
  • Talk nutrition and scheduling options

From there, Mike will build a custom plan for your fitness level, schedule, and goals.
